This patch fixes specific functionality issues. ?
Windows-only. This patch fixes specific functionality issue.?
I found the same error, just as you described it (You can see my topic).
What operating system do you have?
I have experienced this problem on windows 8.
Automatic update to the latest version did not install, with error message. So I’ve uninstalled the Reader and then the problems began: “Newer version already installed”. I solved now, only by reinstalling an older version.
I was having issues with an older version including auto update. I uninstalled the old version and have tried installing the newest version several times. The installation fails with a “Newer version already installed error”. What could be causing the error since I uninstalled the old (at least 2 or 3 versions older) and am trying to install the newest?
why is it when I print to PDF it comes out giberish?
Please help, when I try to save the PDF the white window of “Save As” appears but empty and stays like this. I really need to save the changes made to the PDF so if someone can tell me what to do i would be pleased. Thank you.
This is a screen shot of what I get every time I try to save.
I have the same issue. Have you solved this?
Images are blocked (covered in red fill ) on PDF
It is a utility account and graph showing history
I have a windows phone and when I tried to uninsntall it, it gave me a scrambled error message.
What is going on?
WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP.
I put this piece of crap software on my phone, it doesn’t uninstall, I contact support and they say to post in the forums so their “experts” can answer it and what do I get???
NOT A DAMN THING.
SCREW ADOBE!
I have to “Print to PDF” from my printer dialog box for our vendor, but images do not convert and/or pages are blank. It seems like it happens only with large files. How do I fix this? I’m trying to convert a 10 page newsletter to a PDF. I usually fix it by shutting down my files, reopening them and trying again. This time, it’s not working. There are no updates available.
Thanks for the advice but I don’t think I need to sort out Adobe issues with latest 2018 updated Windows 10 64 bit. I expect Adobe to release update with fixes. Meanwhile I uninstalled Adobe reader altogether and installed XODO PDF reader that works and does what I need.
Which pdf files were open when Adobe Reader XI crashed?
Unfortunately, there is no such list (or at least I never came across anything like that). Not even the recently used list will be updated on a crash – it only gets written when you close a file – or Acrobat/Reader.
how do I launch and stop autoscroll when using surface pro touchscreen
You can go to the menu View -> Page Display -> Automatically Scroll to toggle that option:
I want to change the font & spacing of a document that is 17 pages long but I only have a hard copy and do not want to retype it all. Can I scan it and change the font style and line spacing from a PDF file using acrobat?
You can do this on a per page basis, but it will require a lot of manual adjusting of text so that it will look good again. I would take the paper document, scan it into PDF, and then run OCR in Acrobat. Once that is done, you can export to MS Word and make your changes in Word, and then convert back to PDF.
i have the following problem: If i open an pdf-file, the adobe reader will start and show me the “normal pdf datei” without any tools of the Acrobat. How can i fix the start of a pdf-file in “acrobat modus”?
For Information i have searched for adobe reader to uninstall it, but there is no adobe reader. Maybee the Acrobat contains the Reader?
Thankyou guys.
No, Acrobat doesn’t contain Reader. Are you sure the file is opened in Reader? What does the title of the window says?
Any way, to make files open in Acrobat you would need to associate the PDF extension with it at the OS level. If you tell us what OS you’re using we might be able to provide mode detailed help.
